A Myrtle Beach native, Mr. Herring is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a B.A. degree in political science. In addition to his banking experience as a former advisory board member of Carolina First Bank, Mr. Herring brings an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong business acumen to his roles as chairman of the audit finance committee and member of the executive and compensation committees. He is a member of Belin United Methodist Church.
